Create the account, then activate a license

Registration creates a secure identity for sign-in, device records, trials, and license management. It does not unlock OptiVertex modules until a valid License Key, license file, or floating seat is assigned.

Account identity

Use one account for sign-in, device binding, audit history, and future subscription management.

License delivery

Purchase or receive a License Key, offline license file, trial grant, or floating-seat assignment through the licensing workflow.

Desktop activation

Return to the OptiVertex desktop sign-in page, enter the License Key when required, and let the client verify module entitlements.

License Key

Online network, standalone, and named-user licenses are activated with a server-issued key.

License file

Offline or secure-site users can receive a signed license package after approval.

Floating seat

Enterprise seats are checked out by the desktop client and must remain within the seat count.

Account registration is not a license grant. OptiVertex modules remain restricted until a valid License Key, signed license file, trial grant, or floating seat is verified.
